We accept Cash, Cheque, Bankcard,
Mastercard and Visa within Australia onl. All
international orders are via wire transfer only.

simply means Price On Application. Prices are of course
subject to change without notice.
Account Clients
Our terms of trading are strictly 30 days from date of
invoice. It is important that you adhere to our terms in
order that GSR can continue to service your needs.
Customers with overdue accounts run the risk of their
orders being delayed and interest charges.
Non - Account
Clients
All non-account orders require payment by cash, cheque,
credit card or money order, before goods can be
despatched. New Accounts Applications for credit accounts
are welcome. Trade references, together with bank details
and directors names will help. Ask for an account today.
Shipping
Wherever possible goods will be despatched within 48
hours of receiving your firm order. In most cases, all
stock items can be shipped same day.
Freight and Handling
Freight and handling are at the customers expense. We
normally ship by the most cost efficient means, taking
into account the weight, size, urgency and security of
the shipment.
Postal items will be sent by certified mail within
Australia and by registered mail for overseas shipments.
If you specify your own carrier, please quote your
account number and the type of service you require.
Insurance
Insurance cover is the customers responsibility for all
goods despatched by our nominated carrier. If you require
insurance cover, please advise us prior to despatch of
goods.
Back Orders
GSR stock a full list of products. Occasionally we are
unable to supply from stock and a backorder is taken. If
this is necessary we will keep you informed and despatch
any items immediately upon receipt.
Return of Goods
Goods which have been ordered and delivered, require
prior authorisation before return. Do not despatch items
for return without contacting GSR. Items must be returned
in New condition and with original wrappings and
packaging. All freight charges on incorrectly ordered
goods are the responsibility of the customer. No returns
accepted after 30 days. A 20% Restocking fee will apply
on all returned goods.
