The Sokkia PFWA1 Heavy Duty Wooden Tripod is an extension leg tripod with an all wooden wide frame and metal hardware (no plastics).

The hinges are self-adjusting and it has durable nylon bushings for smooth operation and great stability. It features heavy-duty cast shoes with extra large spurs and hardened steel points.

Wooden tripods provide the most stable and less susceptile to expansion when exposed to the warming effects and also has excellent vibration damping characteristics.
